AiTHERION takes place at the Athens Conservatoire

AiTHERION is housed in the Athens Conservatoire, in the iconic building designed by the architect Ioannis Despotopoulos. It is located in the center of Athens, in the triangle between Vas. Konstantinou Ave., Vas. Georgiou Ave. and Rigillis Street. The entrance to AiTHERION is on the side of Vas. Konstantinou and Vas. Georgiou Avenues, on the peristyle of the Conservatoire, next to the Hellenic Children’s Museum.
The Peristylion Café, a new modern restaurant-café, “open” to the magnificent exterior of the building, operates in the area. The Athens Conservatoire does not have a parking lot for visitors.

AiTHERION is located on the -1 level of Athens Conservatoire and is accessible to people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility.

• In the exhibition space, low lighting levels are combined with the use of interactive digital screens with varying brightness.
• In the first part of the exhibition, audiovisual material is projected in an enclosed space with intense lighting changes.
